By purchasing a ticket and attending Authority Fest (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms:

🎟️ Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a full event cancellation.

• Tickets may not be shared or transferred without written permission from the organizer.

💻 Access & Recordings

• This is a virtual event. Access details (e.g., Zoom links) will be provided by email prior to the event.

• All sessions will be recorded. Your attendance implies consent to be recorded, including chat or participation in live Q&As or networking.

• Ticket holders will receive on-demand access to session recordings for a limited time following the event.

📬 Communications

• By registering, you agree to receive emails related to the event, including:

  • Event reminders and access links

  • Post-event follow-ups

  • Occasional messages from event sponsors and partners

• We will never sell your contact information. Sponsor emails will only come through us (the organizer), and you may opt out of future non-essential communications at any time.

📸 Use of Likeness

• The event may capture screenshots, video clips, or quotes for promotional use. By attending, you grant permission for the use of your likeness or written contributions (e.g., chat comments) in post-event materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

🧾 Taxes & Receipts

• No sales tax is charged for this virtual-only event under current Virginia tax laws.

• Stripe will provide a receipt upon ticket purchase. For business reimbursements or additional documentation, please contact us.

🛑 Code of Conduct

• Authority Fest is a professional, inclusive space. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if these terms are violated.
